Casa Marketing evolved from the Netherlands based Google Ads agency Echo Marketing B.V. In 2008 Founder Patrick Lotte created his first Google Ads campaign for a local Dutch wellness company. After a fortnight the client asked for ‘that Google thing’ to be turned off as they were overwhelmed with incoming business. This discovery of the huge potential of Google advertising led to the creation of Echo Marketing, which runs Google Ads campaigns for a wide variety of clients in 5 different languages (English, Spanish, Dutch, German and French). 

In 2016, we were hired by an Estate Agent on the Costa Blanca. We quickly noticed that our tried and tested methods did not deliver the results we expected. We had to test different strategies and reduce irrelevant traffic to successfully harvest those precious qualifying leads. Acquiring local knowledge and adjusting our methodology produced a recipe for success that inspired the vision of a business dedicated to this market.

Experiencing the market from the perspective of the customer is a valuable experience for any marketing professional. Patrick Lotte did exactly this when he decided to move to Spain in 2017. Being active in the market on both the selling and buying fronts gave him a unique insight into the difficulties faced by buyers and sellers alike. Patrick observed that the Spanish property market lagged well behind those of other countries in terms of online visibility. After a successful partnership with a second Spanish estate agent on the Costa del Sol, he decided that it was the right time to launch a company dedicated to real estate marketing in Spain. 

Our mission is simple: within 10 years we want to establish successful partnerships with estate agents in every Ciudad and Pueblo in Spain.
